- All packages grant access to activities and the swimming pool.
- Children under 5 enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult with a booking.
- Kids aged 5 to 11 incur child rates.
- Guests 12 and older are considered adults.
- Morning package includes entry, 1 refreshment, 1 lunch.
- Evening package includes entry, 1 refreshment, 1 Dinner.
- Full Day package includes entry, 2 refreshments, 1 lunch, 1 dinner.
- Breakfast consists of two dishes served in sufficient quantity.
- Lunch/Dinner includes a limited serving of starter, salad, roti, and curd; while rice, curry, and rasam are unlimited.
- Refreshments include a choice of coffee, tea, or milk, along with light snack
- Morning Package does not include a bonfire.
- Exclusivity isn’t guaranteed; other guests may use facilities simultaneously.
- Swimming attire (only nylon) required for pool use.

- 25% retention for cancellation 7 days prior to check-in.
- 50% retention for cancellation 3 days prior to check-in.
- Full retention for cancellation within 3 days of check-in.
- No refund for No Show / Late Check-in / Early Check-out.
