- Exclusivity is assured solely for the event arena, comprising the amphitheatre, dining hall, kitchen, and beverage counter.
- Rates cover venue rental only; additional amenities not included.
- Post-event cleaning fee applies.
- Event guests cannot use the swimming pool.
- Games and activities for event guests are charged separately.
- Event bookings do not include meals.
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring guests’ safety and proper conduct to prevent harm.
- Venue facilities and equipment must be maintained undamaged and un-abused by the hirer.
- Functions must end within the hire period, with decorations and equipment promptly removed afterward.
- Any damage to venue property during the hire period is the financial responsibility of the hirer.
- Replacement costs for lost, broken, or missing equipment are borne by the hirer.
- All rates are in Indian Rupees.
- Rates exclude taxes; taxes applied as per regulations.
- Weekend rates apply on holidays.
- Full payment must be completed 3 days prior to the event date.
- Amex cards incur a 4% bank charge.
- Reservations must be paid within 24 hours to avoid cancellation.
- Corporate bookings require a purchase order one week prior.
- Full refund for cancellation with written notice 30 days prior to event date.
- 25% retention for cancellation 15 days prior to event date.
- 50% retention for cancellation 7 days prior to event date.
- Full retention for cancellation within 7 days of event date.
- No refund or rescheduling is permitted in the event of a No Show.
- Cancellations incur processing fees; refund process may take 15-20 working days.
